A true flower child, Emmeline grew up in her mother’s flower shop. It is in that place, so close to home, where she trained as a florist. Her innocent study of colour and texture quickly cultivated into a masterful eye for design.
She is deeply fascinated with the question of how flowers interact with their surroundings, indoor and out and how through the lens of design, we are able to forge an organic relationship between the natural and constructed.
A graduate from the University of Toronto’s Environmental Studies Program, Emmeline did not receive any formal education in design. Instead, her comprehensive list of applied experiences has provided the designer with over 10 years of practice within the industry.
Gifted with creative flexibility, Emmeline is able to give rise to custom requests across a broad spectrum of design... from country garden to contemporary, pastoral and inspired to understated and chic, our attention to detail and the client's request forever remains unchanged.

With deep respect for nature's bounty and inspiration, we commit ourselves to a responsibility by using only seasonal, local and sustainable Ontario flowers unless otherwise requested.
Emmeline is currently enrolled in the Clinical Western Herbalism program at the Institute of Traditional Medicine. She invites artistic collaborations during this time.
